This is the first newsletter for Cotton and Co. and I figured the best way to start is to tell you how this business started. So here it goes!
Once upon a time, there was a home decor enthusiast who purchased one too many pillows. She needed to stash some of her old pillows in the closet to make room for the new ones on the couch, when suddenly, the multitude of pillows she had collected over the years came crashing down in an avalanche of color onto her head. In that moment she knew she needed to find a different way to change out her pillows.
Hi, I'm Jennifer and that home decor enthusiast is me.
In 2018, I began Cotton and Co. Spokane after that very harrowing (J/K), very true story happened to me. I absolutely love pillows, but I knew there had to be a better way. So I started making my own pillow covers. I could change the look of my decor with a cover, while still using the same insert. This allowed me to save space while still enjoying changing the look of my home. Because everyone knows the easiest way to update your home is new pillows!
I fell in love with the process of making my own covers. It wasn't long after that I decided to turn that love into a business. I knew if I was having issues with storing my pillows, others were also. Getting to pick out gorgeous fabric and be part of the process of making high quality pillow covers start to finish and sending them out to you has been such a joy.
What sets Cotton and Co. Spokane pillows apart from others is the quality and variety. I work hard to choose high quality fabrics that will last, while offering styles that work in every home. You want neutrals? We have them. A pop of color? Look no further. And I've worked tirelessly to perfect the signature invisible zipper that comes on each cover to be sturdy and last for years to come.
